POST-FRAME CONSTRUCTION
Post-frame buildings are pre-engineered wood-frame construction systems. The walls feature laminated columns, also called posts, instead of wood studs, steel framing or concrete masonry. Post-frame buildings have evolved greatly from the early days when agricultural buyers built “pole barns” and “pole sheds."
THE WICK BUILDING DIFFERENCE
Wick uses only machine graded or machine evaluated lumber for all structural components such as truss members, columns, girts and purlins.
In addition to the visual benefits of cleaner lumber with less bark and knots, it's at least 15% stronger than regular lumber so you'll see less maintenance down the road.
